Justice Rivera works as a Master Stylist and Master Curly Hair Specialist, with over 20 years in the hair care business. Earlier in the career, time was spent in the beauty industry in New York City. The turn toward curly hair came after discovering DevaCurl and Devachan Salon and Academy in SoHo, NYC, in 2014.
Rivera holds Level 3 DevaCurl Certified Master Curl Specialist and Certified Cosmetic Formulator credentials, and has continued learning from experienced stylists in the industry. The focus is on healthy natural hair transformations and corrective haircuts for all curl types, along with low-maintenance color that complements curls. Clients who come in for healthier curls, haircuts that build confidence, or a simpler color routine are the main audience. The approach is technical, with routines aimed at reducing frizz and increasing curl definition.
