Julio M. De Pena, MD

Julio M. De Pena is the Medical Director of the practice and a physician who performs primary care services at the clinic. He earned a Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Iberoamericana (1997 to 2000) and completed emergency medicine training at the University of Puerto Rico (2005 to 2008).

He completed a teaching fellowship with the American College of Emergency Physicians and was a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine, through the Wilderness Medical Society, from 2010 to 2013. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (2013) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. He practices aesthetic medicine, and in 2019 he completed a Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine and a master's-level course in liposuction techniques, both at the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in Las Vegas.
