Julie Wilcox owns Winkology and has been training and working in lashes since 2019. She started her first business, The Lash Project, in 2022, and it was renamed Winkology in 2025.
She focuses on building ongoing relationships with clients. That includes teaching them how to care for their lashes between visits, helping them settle on a look, and preparing them for important life events. During a consultation she can answer questions and help choose a service, and clients can reach her by text or phone.
She recommends Classic extensions only for clients whose natural lashes are not very fine, sparse or curly.
