Julie Welsh is a stylist at MOND Hair Salon. She trained at Vidal Sassoon Academy and TONI&GUY Academy, and spent many years at Kenneth George Salon in Santa Monica. While there, she received continuing education from educators and trainers from both academies, who visited the salon regularly. She has worked with clients across Los Angeles over many years. Her specialties include precision cuts, color, highlights and balayage, along with low-maintenance styles fitted to each client's features, texture and lifestyle.
