Julie Miller

Julie Miller, MD, PhD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in eyelid surgery and oculoplastic procedures at Allure Plastic Surgery, where she directs the Non-Invasive Center. She earned her MD and PhD at Tulane University School of Medicine, completed an internship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in 2000, and finished an ophthalmology residency at Harkness Eye Institute, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, in 2003. Her ophthalmology background includes complex eye cases, which shapes the eyelid and periorbital work she does.

Her surgical services include upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis correction for drooping eyelids, cosmetic and functional eyelid lifts, and periorbital rejuvenation. Through the Non-Invasive Center she also offers Botox, dermal fillers, CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, the Vampire Facial and PhatFacial. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, holds hospital affiliations with Raritan Bay Medical Center and Hackensack Meridian Health, and co-authored an article on night vision disturbances after corneal refractive surgery in Survey of Ophthalmology.
