Julie

Julie runs Lasting Touch by Julie in Huntington Beach, where she works as a permanent makeup artist and also teaches. Her work centers on semi-permanent makeup for brows, eyeliner and lips, along with scalp micropigmentation. Her career spans more than ten years in the beauty field, in both the United States and Korea. She learned scalp micropigmentation and semi-permanent makeup at Meilleur Academy in Korea, under an instructor who is the chairman of the Federation of International Beauty Artists. She holds a California esthetician license and certifications in Dermalogica and Image Skincare from the United States. Beyond client appointments, she teaches professional classes.
