Julia founded VIVA Brilliance and works as a lash extension artist in Vancouver, WA, from her home studio, where visits are by appointment. She began lash artistry in Russia in 2015, training under lash artists there. Her focus is natural-looking lash extensions and soft hybrid sets. She has developed deep experience with volume fans, which she uses to build full looks that still read as natural. Classic extensions are applied one by one, one extension per natural lash. Her work also covers wispy, cat eye and fox eye, and wet effect sets, as well as lash lifts and tints. She holds a Washington esthetics license. Volume work ranges from soft to bold, with fans set onto each natural lash. She works one-on-one with each client and welcomes those seeking a personalized look.
