About
Julia is the owner and a hairstylist at Glitterland Salon. Before hairstyling she worked for Wells Fargo and the Cook Inlet Housing Authority. She attended UAA and earned a degree in marketing, then graduated from Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in 2013.
Her first year as a stylist was at a salon in Ballard. She then spent four years at Wild Root Salon and Spa, an Aveda salon in Shoreline, where she mastered the Aveda hair color line. In 2018 she leased space in Greenwood to open her own salon.
She specializes in blonding and vivid hair color, and she also offers haircuts, color, highlights, balayage and tooth gems.
