About

Julia is a massage therapist at O.liv Body Bar, where cupping and lymphatic massage are part of the work. Joining the team in 2025 followed more than ten years in massage therapy. Training was completed at Mind Body Institute in Nashville, with graduation in October 2014. A massage therapy license was obtained the following month, in November 2014. The focus areas are headache relief, neck and shoulder release, and easing foot pain. Sessions aim for pressure that brings relief without adding discomfort.
