Judy Cole

Judy Cole owns Judy Cole Wellness and works as an esthetician, massage therapist, certified yoga instructor and advanced alignment therapist. She is licensed as an esthetician and as a massage therapist, and she completed advanced chemical peel training in 2002.

Earlier in her career she brought low-impact aerobics to Dallas, teaching at Goodbody's and The Sports Club at the Four Seasons. She completed a BS/BA in 1980 and trained at Cooper Fitness Center, earning a personal trainer certification in 1997. For ten years she was an on-call esthetician and massage therapist at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, where she worked with high-profile clients, including celebrities and presidents.

Her focus spans esthetics, massage therapy, alignment work and yoga-based stretching. Facials are customized to the condition of the skin, and bodywork typically begins with correcting alignment before she decides which approach suits the client. Plans are built around the whole picture, including pain, skin concerns and overall wellness.
