Jovanni Robbins founded All About Locs. Her career across styling and hair care education spans several decades, during which she has worked in a range of salons with clients whose hair textures vary widely. She started styling locs in 2016. Her client work covers all hair textures, and she stays up to date on techniques, trends and best practices in the field. She also mentors people training to become locticians and likes passing on what she knows to them.
