About

Josh Kendall is a Medical Qigong and Thai Massage practitioner at Ivy + Oak Salon in Denver, Colorado. He has worked in healing for more than 20 years, and his path began with study of herbalism and supplements before he moved into the healing field. His background also includes work with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the study of Taoism.

He learned Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand, at a temple that has taught the practice for over 400 years. He also completed a three-year Medical Qigong Practitioner program with Chi Wellness Center in 2022, taught by Debra Lin Allen. Beyond his treatment work, he is responsible for most of the design at Ivy + Oak. He welcomes anyone who is dealing with energetic or physical blockages.

Approach
He uses intuitive touch and acupressure points to relax the body and stimulate both the physical body and its energy, and his energetic clearing is similar to acupuncture while encouraging clients to trust their body's signals.
