Joseph E. Sleiman MD, FAAFP

Joseph E. Sleiman MD, FAAFP, is the founder, CEO and owner of Clinic 45, and he leads a team of medical weight loss doctors and staff. He has more than 20 years of experience in internal medicine and obesity medicine.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry at the University of Houston and an MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center. His residencies were in internal medicine at the University of Texas and in family practice at Texas A&M. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Physicians and of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is also a member of the Obesity Medicine Association and Low Carb USA.

His work covers medical weight loss, body contouring, anti-aging and skin rejuvenation. He brings current weight loss technology into his patients' care and works to give each one a high standard of attention.
