Jose Ramirez

Jose Ramirez works as a therapist at Frontier Health and Wellness, where he holds a Master of Social Work (MSW). His academic path began with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from the University of Arizona. He later completed his graduate social work degree at Arizona State University, concentrating on counseling. He is a retired US Army veteran who spent over 20 years as an infantryman. At the Phoenix Vet Center he provided counseling, helped veterans adjust to life outside the military, and addressed mental health concerns in that population. He has also worked at the Salvation Army, where he offered counseling and support to people from many different backgrounds.
