Jose Perez-Gurri, MD

Jose Perez-Gurri, MD, founded IMAGOS Institute of Plastic Surgery and serves as its director. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon who began a private practice in the Metropolitan Miami area in 1985. Since 1986 he has been a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Before his plastic surgery residency under Dr. D. Ralph Millard, he completed general surgery training. He graduated cum laude from the University of Miami and ranked in the upper third of his class at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He has been an invited expert panelist on cosmetic surgery on local, national and international television. At the practice he performs eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and other facial procedures, as well as breast surgery. His specialties are mommy makeover, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and liposuction.
