Jonathan Cook

Jonathan Cook founded Align Aesthetic Center in Boca Raton, Florida, and is a double board-certified plastic surgeon. He holds certification from the American Board of Surgery (2019) and the American Board of Plastic Surgery (2020). He worked in aesthetic surgery at Sanctuary Plastic Surgery in Boca Raton from 2019 to 2024 and has practiced at Dolls Plastic Surgery in Aventura, Florida, since 2024. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Muhlenberg College in 2006 and a Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean in 2010. His training opened with a preliminary general surgery year at Maimonides Medical Center, followed by general surgery residencies at The Brooklyn Hospital Center and UPMC Central Pennsylvania. He then did a plastic surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston and a hand surgery fellowship at the University of Miami. His focus is facial plastic surgery, breast procedures and body contouring. He has served as Director of The Aesthetic Foundation since November 2025 and sits on The Aesthetic Society's Southeast Application Review Committee and its Scientific Research Committee. He has served on several American Society of Plastic Surgeons committees since 2017 and reviews for several plastic surgery journals. His work includes peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and oral and poster presentations on aesthetic and reconstructive topics. He is a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received the Sherell Aston Award for the best presentation by a resident, associate or fellow in May 2023. He also won a resident research competition in December 2019 and placed second in a SESPRS poster competition in June 2018. He has taken medical mission trips to Honduras with World Surgical Foundation in 2015 and to Haiti with Crudem Foundation in 2018.
