Jon Paul Bribesca

Jon Paul Bribesca is a stylist at Mariposa Salon and the owner of Creative Artist Industries, a studio where he works as a freelance artist. He is also a national educator for LAKME USA. He has more than 25 years in the hair industry and specializes in cutting, coloring and dressing hair. He graduated from cosmetology school with honors and passed the state board exam in 1990, becoming licensed that year. He apprenticed at Vickie Lavanty International Academy and became its artistic director within two years. He attended the Salon International convention in London from 1991 to 2003. Over 13 years he worked as a platform artist for Joico International, Ice Hair Care, Sebastian International and Enjoy Hair Care. He has assembled and directed artistic teams, coordinated trade shows, and performed in classrooms and on main stages. He was a top 20 finalist in the first season of the Oxygen reality show Hair Battle Spectacular.
