Johnathon Troy is a tenant at the suites who offers wig, weave, and hair services. Installs include lace wigs starting at $200, protective quick weaves, closure sew-ins, sew-ins with a leave-out, and frontal bond-ins. A frontal ponytail is available if the client supplies their own bundles, and a short cut protective weave is available if the client supplies their own hair.

Maintenance and care options include closure sew-in maintenance, wig refreshes, a shampoo and refresh for returning clients, and a take-down service for removing a wig or quick weave. A full-service hair treatment includes shampoos with deep conditioning, scalp treatment, head and neck massage, steam, blow dry, a haircut, and styling. Shampoo can be added to any service at no extra cost, and hair can be supplied for an additional charge.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the stylist cancels. Cancellations must go through the confirmation email, and a missed cancellation is charged the full service price. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be charged $75 if the appointment can still be accommodated. Color services require dropping off hair the day before or arriving an hour early. Guests and children are not permitted, and payment is accepted by cash, Cash App, or invoice.
