John Tang, MD

John Tang, MD practices in Saratoga, California, and co-founded Rejuvé. He focuses on non-invasive and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, weight loss, wellness and anti-aging medicine, and he has practiced for more than 20 years. He has given Botox injections for more than 20 years and has treated patients with microneedling since 2012. Initial Botox consultations are booked with him, and personalized plans come out of a complimentary consultation with him or with Alexandra Tang, RN. He holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, magna cum laude, from UC Irvine, with a minor in Psychology. His medical degree is from Tufts University Medical School, where he won the Alumni Scholarship Award. He completed a three-year internal medicine residency at Kaiser Hospital and a three-year Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Stanford University, finishing in 2004. He became board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2005 and completed a fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine through the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. In 2017 he became board certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Metabolic Medicine. He also completed certification programs in Molecular Efficiency, Immune System Regulation, and Neurogenic, Arthritic Pain and Neurodegenerative Cellular Medicine. In 2021 he finished a cellular medicine fellowship with the Seeds Scientific Research and Performance group. Injectable treatments he offers include Botox, Dysport, Kybella, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane and Sculptra. Energy and radiofrequency devices in his practice include IPL, Fraxel, Ulthera, Fractora, Skinfinity, CO2 laser and Venus Freeze. Body sculpting options are CoolSculpting, SculpSure, mesotherapy and Venus Freeze. He suggests one to two DiamondGlow sessions a month to keep results up. He has been named a Presidential-level injector for Botox and Juvederm and a Platinum-level injector for Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra, and he has received the CoolSculpting 1000 Award. He was also selected as one of America's Top Physicians 2012 by the Consumers' Research Council of America, included in Global Register's Who's Who in 2006, named San Jose Magazine's Top Doc in 2008, and cited as an expert source by NBC Bay Area, the San Jose Mercury and the Contra Costa Times.
