John Kang MD

John Kang MD is the surgeon and owner of JK Facial Plastics in New York. He joined New York Ear, Head and Neck Surgical Associates in 1995, where he worked on oncologic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck. In 1997 he began focusing his practice on cosmetic and plastic surgery of the face and neck, with particular attention to the needs of Asian-American patients.

He completed a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Dyer Facial Plastic Center at Emory University in 1994 and is a diplomate of the American Board of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery and of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His practice covers facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and cosmetic procedures of the face and neck. He also performs SmartLipo Triplex laser-assisted body contouring. He aims for balance and harmony suited to patients of all ages, genders and ethnic backgrounds, and his work produces natural, lasting results.
