Johanna Daizy

Johanna Daizy founded Daizys Dolls and works through the business and its sister company, Luxe Events Miami. She trained in a full cosmetology program that she started at age 17, and was the youngest student in her class. Her technical strengths are traditional updos, formal hairstyling and intricate braiding, and her signature style is classic glam, vintage elegance and pin-up styling. She brings a corporate background in contract management, budgeting oversight and team leadership. She has hired, mentored and managed independent contractors and team members, and has overseen settlements, remittances, deposits and retainers across multiple initiatives. She is a natural problem solver with connections to local businesses, organizations and social circles. Her work centers on helping brands, businesses and individuals become more reputable, recognizable and impactful in their communities.
