About
Joe is the owner stylist at Salon Ballyhoo. His career began in Philadelphia in the 1980s, and he later spent a stretch at a salon on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
He then relocated to San Francisco, where he opened a salon on Haight Street and kept working through the 1990s and 2000s. In the early 2000s he went back to Philadelphia and spent 18 years at the original American Mortals.
Among his training is the Wella master colorist course. He has also studied at Redken Academy, Bumble and Bumble, Nick Arrojo Academy, Tony & Guy NYC and Sassoon Academy.
