Joanna Austria is the master hairstylist behind the salon and works from her own suite at The Phenix Suites in Poway.
She graduated from Bay Vista Beauty College in 2000 and then completed a one-year apprenticeship, training in precision haircuts, color placement and blowout styles. She has worked as a hairstylist for thirteen years in San Diego, at several salons before opening her own suite. She also spent time in Beverly Hills to expand her knowledge and expertise before returning to Poway.
Her specialties are balayage, custom color blends and Dream Catchers Hair Extensions, which she studied in education through Dream Catchers Hair Extensions. She offers the latest and most distinctive trends. She has built a clientele with many hair types and can accommodate all hair needs.
