Jimmie Sanders

Jimmie Sanders is a stylist at the salon, and she specializes in cosmetology, eyelash extensions and advanced hair care techniques. She was licensed as a manicurist in 1993, began cosmetology training at M.J.'s Beauty Academy in 2002, and received a cosmetology license in 2003.

Her certifications include a Pre-Trichology Certification from 2005 earned under Dr. Rodney Barnett, a Non-Surgical Hair Replacement Certification from New Concepts Hair Goods in 2005, and a non-surgical hair replacement instructors certification from 2005. She also holds a Certified Basic Hair Care Educator and Platform Artist credential from 2015 and a restoration specialist certification from Flow Hair Restoration in 2016. She served as SW Regional Educator in 2015, and worked as an independent hair consultant for Shewear Hair in 2011.

Her teaching and product work include Lashin' Out with Extensions, an eyelash training program for professionals and students that she started, an instructional DVD recorded in 2009, a lash brand launched in 2016, and the Lashin' Out with Extensions Academy opened in 2019. In 2019 she also created a safety and sanitation seminar for braiders and a hair attachment class for male hair prosthesis. She founded Bold, Bald & Beautiful, Inc., a 501(c)(3), in August 2013. Her work has been featured in T.H.I.C. Magazine in 2008 and Southern Dallas Magazine in 2014. In 2025 she became a flight attendant with PSA Airlines.
