Jesye Havrilla is the owner and a stylist at That Hair Witch in Frederick. Having graduated in 2007 from The Temple, a Paul Mitchell partner school, the stylist has practiced hair cutting, coloring and styling since then. Before opening the salon in 2020, Jesye worked at several salons in Frederick.
Jesye specializes in fantasy colors, elaborate braids, updo styling and transformations. The aim is for each person to feel heard during the appointment and to leave with a look that is their own.
