Jessica Merk

Jessica Merk founded Merk Beauty and owns the salon in Cincinnati. She works as a permanent makeup artist and also does lash extension and hair work, and she has over four years of experience across those services. Her permanent makeup training includes a hands-on apprenticeship, and she holds certification as a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist.

She is a certified lash technician, three times over. In hair she is a licensed cosmetologist and a certified cosmetologist. Her certifications also include blood-borne pathogens and CPR, and her training includes comprehensive safety protocols. She is a licensed and insured professional.

Her permanent makeup focus covers microblading, lip blushing, powder brows, permanent eyeliner and beauty marks, and she leads the freckles and beauty marks service. For brows she shapes with shaving and tweezing and selects pigments to blend with natural brow hair. For eyeliner she takes time to learn each client's vision and designs a look that suits their features. She also runs Merk Digital, a content creation company.
