Jessica Cipriano is the Director of Clinical and Aesthetic Nursing at The Fitz and holds a BSN as a registered nurse. Her nursing career started in Labor and Delivery at a large university teaching hospital, after which she moved into clinical leadership, and she has more than 16 years of experience in medicine. In 2017 she turned to aesthetic medicine, concentrating on injectable and energy-based treatments, and in 2019 she took on the role of Clinical Director at a medical aesthetics practice. In 2023 she set up The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence, which trains aesthetic medical providers across the country. She also works as a National Speaker for aesthetic conferences, device companies and medical-grade skincare brands.
