Jessica Bugay is a beauty professional and permanent makeup (PMU) artist who has worked in the beauty industry since 2012. She started out as a hairstylist and color educator, then moved to Rochester, New York, to focus exclusively on esthetics and permanent makeup. She opened Jessica Bugay PMU in 2019.
She is a Licensed Cosmetologist and a Licensed Tattoo Artist. She provides permanent makeup at clients' homes in New York City, Florida and California, and clients travel to her from across the United States. Her aim is a welcoming, inclusive and relaxing experience for every guest.
