Jess Bonilla

Jess Bonilla is the owner and creative director of Jess Bonilla Beauty and founded the studio. She began helping others with hair and makeup while in college. After completing a bachelor's degree in 2010, she taught part time while working in marketing, and she also taught science in the School District of Palm Beach County while building the business. She began training to become a makeup artist in 2014. Her training includes PRO makeup classes with Mario Dedivanovic, including his master class in New York City, and work with Roberto Ramos, Kasia Fortuna and Helder Marucci. She trained at Boca Beauty Academy in Boca Raton in 2017. She is certified by TEMPTU to offer airbrush full makeup applications and has trained in chemical peels, micro-needling, brow design and brow lamination. She is known for bridal hair and makeup and helps brides feel at ease on their wedding day. Her focus is timeless, elegant beauty, and her work spans hairstyling, hair color, extensions, skin and education. She works as an educator as well as a hair and makeup artist, and creates content for her blog and social media.
