About

Jesenia Moore founded The Moore Method, an aesthetic medicine practice in New York City, and serves as its only practitioner. She is a family nurse practitioner licensed by the New York State Education Department, and she carries out every consultation, treatment and follow-up herself. Her nursing path started at the bedside at NYU, moved through travel assignments at several hospitals, and eventually took her to the Hospital for Special Surgery, where she was promoted to charge nurse of the main recovery room. Her plastic surgery work, roughly ten years in total, covers bedside care, the operating room, recovery and private duty post-procedure care. Including all her active nursing practice, she has 25 years in the field and nearly 16 in aesthetic medicine. She earned a BSN from William Paterson University and an MSN as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Mount Saint Vincent, graduating cum laude. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau for academic achievement and trained in injectables under Dr. Gregory Latrenta, who wrote an atlas on aesthetic face and neck surgery. Her treatments include neurotoxin injections with Botox, Dysport, Daxxify or Xeomin, hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, PRF and biofiller, medical microneedling, laser therapy and resurfacing, medical-grade skincare, IV nutrient therapy for skin and recovery, PRF hair restoration, and holistic age management planning. Some clients have worked with her since her earlier clinical roles and have been coming for around ten years, while others make the trip from out of state. Reviews on the site praise her injectable and facial aesthetic work, including treatment of acne scars, and report that she assesses needs carefully, explains each step and delivers natural-looking outcomes. One reviewer calls her medical background and education extensive.

Approach
She works conservatively and in stages, aiming for balance and longevity, and will do less than was discussed when the face calls for it.
