Jese Webb is the owner and founder of JaeUndreas Natural Hair Care Salon and holds the title Master Loctician. His specialties are loc installation, loc maintenance, and consultations.
He began professional work in May 1993 as a manager for a food chain. He later launched a mobile salon serving parks and neighborhoods, opened Jese's Beauty and Barber in New Orleans in 1996, and moved to Austin in 2005 to reopen a salon in Northeast Austin. He has mentored other stylists in natural hair techniques.
