Jeremy Girmann

Jeremy Girmann founded Inertia Medical in 2016 and leads it as Founder and Medical Director. He is a physician board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and registered in musculoskeletal sonography. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of Cincinnati. Since 2016 he has practiced as a physician, currently as a staff physician in PM&R at the Cincinnati VA healthcare system, and he holds an adjunct faculty post at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. His clinical focus is non-surgical orthopedics and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound with ultrasound-guided procedures, particularly platelet-rich plasma, regenerative medicine, osteoarthritis, tendon and ligament disorders and peripheral nerve entrapments. He has performed more than 50,000 musculoskeletal injections and image-guided procedures. In 2026 he founded MSK Logic, where he works as founder and educator, teaching and mentoring physicians, advanced practice providers, residents and other healthcare professionals.
