Jennifer Rosencrance is an aesthetician and the owner of the spa. She began her career in 1997 at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, then moved to Dallas in 1998 and worked at The Grande Spa in Addison, Texas. She later joined the Renaissance Laser Hair Removal Center and spent nearly two decades running a med-spa for a physician group in Frisco, Texas.
