Jennifer Phipps

Jennifer Phipps works as an Aesthetic Injector at TOC Medical Spa, an Austin medical spa operating since 1998. Her career in Austin's health and wellness field dates to the early 2000s. She received a nursing degree from Austin Community College in 2009 and later a Bachelor's in Nursing, and she graduated at the top of her class in 2025. Earlier she held a massage therapist license. After nursing school she cared for medically fragile patients with developmental disabilities, then worked in clinical research as nurse manager of a 20-bed inpatient unit under a psychiatrist. She also worked with the Counseling and Mental Health Center at the University of Texas. Before joining TOC she worked under dermatologists and plastic surgeons focused on the face, neck and body. She has practiced medical aesthetics since 2015. Her specialties are laser treatments for pigmentation and hair removal, plus Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers. She is certified in lasers for pigmentation and hair removal and has advanced training and certifications in Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers.
