Jennifer Ip, PA-C

Jennifer Ip is a physician assistant in dermatology at Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Care. She is a board-certified physician assistant licensed to practice in California. Her earlier clinical work included orthopedic trauma surgery and procedural dermatology. She diagnoses and manages acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, alopecia and skin cancers. Her procedural work covers biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery and wound care. She holds a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Duke University School of Medicine, where she worked hands-on in dermatology, plastic surgery and wound management. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brandeis University, with a minor in Health: Science, Society, and Policy. She co-authored 'Ultrasound for Fillers: A Pre and Post-Procedural Tool,' published in the Journal of Dermatology Physician Assistants in 2024.
