About

Jennifer Hacker owns Enhanced Reflections MedSpa and works as an aesthetic injector and board-certified family nurse practitioner. She has more than 20 years in healthcare, beginning in emergency medicine as a paramedic on a 911 ambulance for seven years. She then worked in a busy Kansas City emergency department before becoming a flight nurse, a role she held for fifteen years in critical care air medical transport across nearly a thousand emergency flights, and she still works part-time on the flight roster. She spent five years injecting at a medical spa before opening her own studio. She has performed thousands of injectable and skin rejuvenation treatments and treats men as well as women, including with Botox for men. Her aesthetic training covers neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, Kybella, Morpheus8, IPL and medical skincare, taken with nationally recognized injector trainers. Before injecting, she maps injection points against each patient's own anatomy, muscle strength and hairline. She aims for natural-looking results and takes time to hear a patient's goals and explain options before planning treatment.

Approach
She doses neuromodulators to each patient's own muscle strength from the start rather than under-dosing, and builds dermal filler gradually with a review at two weeks.
