Jennifer Graves

Jennifer Graves is the Medical Director of Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of clinical experience. She holds the credentials MSN, ARNP and FNP-C and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University.

She provides clinical leadership and oversight so that treatments meet standards for patient care and provider education, and she gives medical direction for neurotoxin treatments. She completed private, national and international advanced aesthetic training led by Dr. Shino Bay, Dr. Jonathan Sykes and Dr. Tim Pearce, and she prefers treatments that are clinically appropriate, evidence-based and matched to each patient's goals.

As prescribing provider she performs the required Good Faith Exam before any treatment, assessing health history, labs, medications and risk factors. Where medically appropriate, she prescribes hormone therapy, nutraceuticals and other treatments, and sets the monitoring and follow-up plan.
