Jennifer Chang, PA-C

Jennifer Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant in dermatology at Palmdale Dermatology. She diagnoses and manages acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, alopecia and skin cancers. Before joining dermatology practice, she worked in orthopedic trauma surgery and procedural dermatology. She earned a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Duke University School of Medicine, where she gained hands-on experience in dermatology, plastic surgery and wound management. She also holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Brandeis University, with a minor in Health: Science, Society, and Policy. Her procedural work includes biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery and wound care. She co-authored a 2024 article on ultrasound as a tool before and after filler procedures, published in the Journal of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She speaks English fluently and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
