Jennifer Canesi

Jennifer Canesi founded Boston Medical Aesthetics, where she practices as a board-certified adult nurse practitioner. She has been working full-time in aesthetic medicine since 2009 and brings more than ten years of facial rejuvenation work using cosmetic injectables. She co-founded Aesthetic Medical Providers of Massachusetts (AMP-MA) and serves on it as treasurer and director of government relations. Her work concentrates on soft tissue augmentation, neurotoxins and minimally invasive procedures. She is skilled across neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators and full-face rejuvenation. At the med spa she gives dermal filler injections and Kybella treatments, uses a range of fillers, and selects the combination suited to each patient. She has in-depth training with Juvederm Voluma XC. She learned aesthetic medicine from specialists at Yale University School of Medicine, Boston University and Harvard, and has trained and mentored injectors at various stages of their careers. She invented and patented Luxi, an ergonomic accessory for dermal filler syringes. In consultations she begins by hearing out the patient's concerns, examines the skin, and may ask for facial movements to decide which lines to treat. She is one of the Allergan Top 500 providers, which places her in the top 2% of Allergan providers nationwide.
