Jenna Aiello

Jenna Aiello is the owner and a licensed lash artist at Lash Concierge. She has 16 years of experience as a beauty professional, with more than eight of those years as a lash artist working in both New York and Florida. She is a licensed cosmetologist in Florida, with the State of Florida Board of Cosmetology since 2016, and in New York, with the New York State Department of State since 2010.

Her training began in 2017 at Oh So Fabu-Lash and Brows, covering Classic, Hybrid and Russian Volume extensions, along with brow shaping, facial proportions and henna brow application. Since then she has completed further certifications, including Master Volume training with Revolashion Lash Artistry, Wet Look technique with Glitz Lashes, Lynk-Gel Lash Method with Illumino Lashes, Lash Health and Eye Safety with Lash Tribe, and a NuLIDS provider certification through Clean Lids Club. She also completed Korean Lash Lift certification with My Megu in April 2026.

Jenna focuses on lash extensions, including Russian Volume, Hybrid, Wet Look and Lynk-Gel sets, and on the Korean and Hyper Realistic lash lifts. She reviews each booking request herself and speaks with new clients before confirming an appointment, and she keeps up with continuing education on products and techniques.
