Jen Stern

Jen Stern runs Salon Riza & Day Spa in North Andover, Massachusetts, where she works as owner and master stylist. She opened the salon in 2013. Before moving to the United States in 1997, she ran a large, high-end full-service salon in Albania. After the move, she rebuilt her client base through persistent effort and later returned to salon ownership. She has trained with instructors in Milan, London, New York and Las Vegas. She is one of only 1,700 American Board Certified Colorists in the country. Her work covers cutting, coloring, color correction, hair extensions, and hair analysis with maintenance regimens. Her certifications cover color, extensions and treatments. She aims to build long-term relationships with clients and mentors newer stylists on the team.
