About
Jen Smith founded The Lemonade Lab, where she is the owner and works as a professional makeup artist with more than 20 years of experience in beauty and wellness. Her specialties are skincare and brows, and she performs all permanent makeup services at the studio. She also works in studio and bridal makeup, and has worked on editorial and bridal projects with MAC Cosmetics, Benefit Cosmetics, Jouer Cosmetics and others. She created the FROM LA X SMITH skincare line, unveiled in 2025.
She trained at MUD Makeup Designory in Burbank, California, in 2005, and studied microblading with Lucy Hart at Lucy Hart Inc. Her Nano Brows training came from Maya Moore, an International Master PMU Brow Artist. Her Brows X Smith service spans nano brows, hair-stroke brows, microblading, lamination and custom brow mapping, all done by Jen herself.
