Jen Brady

Jen Brady is a hair and makeup artist and licensed cosmetologist. She started cosmetology school in summer 2001, right after high school, and studied while assisting at a salon. About two years later she moved to Los Angeles to pursue makeup for film and television, and a few months after the move she obtained a California cosmetology license. Early on she assisted artists through hair and makeup agencies on projects for Disney, Victoria's Secret and Oakley. Her credits include department head work on the films Possession, Good Night, Dance With the One, The Overbrook Brothers and People Food, and hair department work on the TV series Fear the Walking Dead. She later moved to Austin, Texas, and opened her own studio there. She works mainly on camera-ready looks for commercial campaigns, TV, editorial shoots, musicians, live broadcast interviews and corporate media, plus men's grooming and on-set haircutting. She has done men's grooming at ACL, F1, SXSW and ATX TV Festival events, and for McLaren F1 and Arrow McLaren team members on a Puma shoot during Austin F1 week.
