Jeffrey Kenkel, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Dallas and Frisco who focuses on facial plastic surgery and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation. He chairs the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern, where he also trains future plastic surgeons. He has served as president of The Aesthetic Society and of the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons. His procedures include facelift, neck lift, eyelid surgery, injectable dermal fillers and BOTOX injections. He prefers to perform lower eyelid surgery under general anesthesia in the operating room. He places dermal fillers with a fine needle or cannula, usually in under an hour.
