About
Jeffery Fuller began his career in 1981 after training at the Roberts Institute of Hair Design. He then moved to South Florida, where he opened a salon on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.
His Florida work included hairstyling for print advertising and later television, as well as hair coloring for motion pictures. He later returned to Maryland and opened Cecil Hair Studio in North East, where he is the founder.
