Jeff Dille

Jeff Dille is a Master Stylist, Master Color Expert and Industry Educator with 38 years working as a hairstylist. He is currently a Brand Educator for Wella Professionals, teaching color and hair cutting.

Earlier he spent 12 years as a stylist and teacher for Vidal Sassoon Salons and Academies, reaching the position of Senior Stylist and Artistic Director. His Sassoon work took him to salons in Beverly Hills, Chicago and San Francisco, and to the Sassoon academies in Los Angeles and London. He later worked five years as a stylist and teacher at Bumble and Bumble's downtown New York City salon and academy. At each Sassoon location he built a busy clientele and trained salon assistants.

His cutting follows the Vidal Sassoon method of precision cutting, and he developed Couture Cutting, which treats a haircut like tailored garment construction fitted to the wearer's proportions. He has worked with every hair texture, from extremely fine to thick, curly and unruly. His color work aims for a natural look or current fashion shades, chosen around each client's skin tone, eye color and haircut. He also creates classic wearable salon looks and high-fashion looks for photo shoots and seminars, and he teaches cutting, coloring and styling to groups of professional stylists.
