Jeannette Garcia

Jeannette Garcia founded Skinfinite Solutions Wellness Spa and provides all of its services while leading the team. She is a double-board certified nurse practitioner and a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years in massage practice. She also spent five years as a registered nurse caring for oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

She works as a nurse practitioner at Capitol Vein & Laser Center in Frederick, alongside vascular surgeons Dr. Paul McNeill and Dr. Garth Rosenberg. Her practice there focuses on diagnosing and managing venous disease, along with other leg conditions such as DVT, lymphedema and lipedema.

Her clinical massage training covers deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, PNF, active release and prenatal massage, and she is trained in Graston technique and oncology massage. She is a certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist trained in the Vodder technique and is also certified as a plastic surgery therapist and oncology massage therapist. Her massage work has focused on headaches, migraines, low back pain, muscular tension and mobility restrictions, and she has significant experience with athletes of all levels, including mountain bikers, marathon runners, triathletes, body builders and recreational athletes. She also has training and hands-on experience in a dermatology office providing medical and aesthetic treatments.
