Jeanine Dowling

Jeanine Dowling owns and operates Shear Style Studio in Ruskin, where she works as a stylist. She specializes in multi-ethnic hair care and styling and provides haircuts, hair coloring, keratin treatments and blowouts. She has almost 20 years of hair care experience, began doing hair as a business owner in 2014, and opened the studio in 2018.

Clients describe her as dependable, on time for appointments and accommodating. She also mentors other stylists, giving them hands-on experience in the salon and helping them move on to run their own salons.
