Jaylin

Jaylin co-founded Jax & King and holds the title Director of Color and Brand Visionary. Training came at Sassoon, where Jaylin later taught for several years. Earlier in the career, Jaylin worked at José Eber Salon in Beverly Hills, and then became a national-level educator for L'Oréal Professional in the United States. He oversees the salon's color decisions, including its color standards, methods and approach. Color planning starts with the natural undertone and the hair's history. Clients often come back because the color still looks right several weeks after their appointment. He has also worked backstage at New York Fashion Week for twenty years.
