Jaqueline Moreno, known as Jackie, is a licensed lash artist based in Wethersfield, Connecticut. She specializes in custom-tailored eyelash extensions and works as a brand ambassador and educator for the lash brand Light Heart.
Her goal is to leave clients feeling beautiful, confident and empowered. The Light Heart role adds a teaching side to her work.
She keeps up with lash industry trends and techniques through ongoing education, and uses high-quality products in her work.

- Each set is planned from a digital consultation in which she maps lashes to the client's eye shape and style and sketches two looks on a client photo, then adjusts the look at each visit based on lifestyle and preference.
